Company BlackBerry has come up with its latest Android smartphones in India DTEK50 and DTEK60. The price of DTEK50 has been fixed at Rs. 21,990 while DTEK60 is priced at Rs. 46,990.
The BlackBerry Android smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The company claimed that DTEK50 and DTEK60 is the ‘world’s most secure Android smartphones’.
DTEK60 will go on sale in India from December. The user can buy it from e-commerce platforms.
Talking about specifications of the BlackBerry Android smartphones, both the phones contain front 8-megapixel camera with an 84-degree wide-angle lens and an f/2.2 aperture, as well as the same sensors – accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor. The smartphones supports Micro-SIM cards, and offers storage expandability via microSD card (up to 2TB).
BlackBerry DTEK50 boasts a 5.2-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 SoC, 3GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel rear camera, 16GB of inbuilt storage, 4G LTE (with support for Indian LTE bands), Wi-Fi 802.11ac, FM radio, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a 2610mAh non-removable battery. It measures 147×72.5×7.4mm and weighs 135 grams.
The BlackBerry DTEK60 includes a 5.5-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC, 4GB of RAM, a 21-megapixel rear camera, 32GB of inbuilt storage, 4G LTE (with support for Indian LTE bands), Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a 3000mAh non-removable battery. It measures 153.9×75.4x7mm and weighs 165 grams.
