Sonam Kapoor to receive ‘Best Actress’ title for ‘Neerja’ : Asia Vision Movie Award

Actress Sonam Kapoor is all set to receive the award for ‘Best Actress’ for her role in ‘Neerja’ at the Asia Vision Movie Awards. The award ceremony will be held in Dubai this week.

Khoobsurat actress played the character of flight attendant Neerja Bhanot in the Ram Madhvani-directed film ‘Neerja’.

The reports revealed that Sonam Kapoor will be presented with the Best Actress Award at the 11th Edition of the awards that will take place at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Friday.

Earlier, the actress was honoured with Best Actress Award at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne. Also, she won the critics choice award at the Hello Hall of Fame.

Sonam is all set for her upcoming film ‘Veere Di Wedding’. The film features Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar in the lead role.
